How long does shipping take?

Made to order. Most pieces are produced and shipped within 2–7 business days, with delivery time added on top depending on your destination.

How much does shipping cost?

US standard shipping runs $4.75–$7.98 depending on weight and destination — the exact rate is shown at checkout before you pay.

Where's my order?

You'll get an order confirmation email as soon as you check out. If you have an account, sign in and check Order history for its current status anytime. If it's been longer than 7 business days since you ordered and you haven't heard anything, reach out and we'll look into it.

Do you ship outside the US?

Not yet — Lunthra currently ships within the United States only.

How do I know what size to order?

Every apparel product page has a Specs section with a numeric size chart (chest and length measurements) sourced from the manufacturer, plus fit notes. Check it before you order — see the next question for why that matters.

Can I return or exchange an item?

Each piece is made to order, so we can’t accept returns for a change of mind or the wrong size — please check the size guide first.

If an item arrives damaged or misprinted, contact us through the contact form within 30 days of delivery with a photo and we’ll arrange a free reprint or refund — no need to send anything back.

Can I change or cancel my order after I've placed it?

Every piece is made to order and production starts quickly, so we can't guarantee a change or cancellation once an order is placed. Contact us right away and we'll do what we can if production hasn't started.
