Lunthra utilizes a sustainable, made-to-order production model focused on minimalist wellness and lifestyle products. This means that many of our products are manufactured specifically for you after your order is placed.

  • Production Partners: To ensure high-quality printing and production, we utilize a network of production partners and fulfillment centers.

  • Color Accuracy: We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors and images of our products. Due to the nature of printing on fabric and organic materials, slight variations in color or placement may occur. These are considered inherent to the custom manufacturing process and not defects.

4. MODIFICATIONS TO THE SERVICE AND PRICES

Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue the Service (or any part or content thereof) without notice. We shall not be liable to you or to any third party for any modification, price change, suspension, or discontinuance of the Service.

 

5. ACCURACY OF BILLING AND ACCOUNT INFORMATION

We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household, or per order. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information.

 

6. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

  • Production Time: Please allow for production time (typically 2–7 business days) before your item ships.

  • Shipping Estimates: Times provided at checkout are estimates and are not guaranteed. Once a package is handed over to the shipping carrier, responsibility for delivery transfers to the carrier.

  • Split Shipments: If your order contains multiple items (e.g., clothing and health products), they may ship separately from different facilities.

7. RETURNS AND REFUNDS

Our Return and Refund Policy is incorporated into these Terms by reference. Because our products are printed specifically for you to support a minimalist and sustainable lifestyle, we generally cannot offer returns for "buyer's remorse" or wrong sizes ordered.

8. SHOPIFY NETWORK INTELLIGENCE & DATA

Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc. By using this Service, you acknowledge that we use Shopify Network Intelligence and other analytics tools to enhance store performance, security, and fraud prevention.

Certain content, products, and services available via our Service may include materials from third parties. We are not responsible for examining or evaluating the content or accuracy and we do not warrant and will not have any liability for any third-party materials or websites.

Occasionally there may be information on our site that contains typographical errors or inaccuracies related to product descriptions, pricing, or availability. We reserve the right to correct any errors and to change or update information or cancel orders if any information is inaccurate at any time without prior notice.

14. GOVERNING LAW AND VENUE

These Terms of Service shall be governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States. Any legal action arising out of these Terms shall be instituted exclusively in the courts located in Harris County, Texas.
