Shipping Policy

Every Lunthra piece is made to order — produced for you once you buy, then shipped. Orders move in two stages: production, then delivery.

Most orders are produced and shipped within 2–7 business days. Delivery time is added on top and depends on your destination.

Shipping is calculated at checkout by weight and destination, and shown in full before you pay. Because each piece is fulfilled by a production partner, an order with multiple items may arrive in more than one parcel, sometimes from more than one facility.

International orders ship via USPS or DHL Express, with rates calculated at checkout. Any duties or import taxes are the responsibility of the recipient.
