Chaos — Hoodies
Depends on Your Ruler Hoodie
In 1967 Benoit Mandelbrot asked "How Long Is the Coast of Britain?" in the journal Science.
What you're wearing
Building on measurements by Lewis Fry Richardson, he showed that a rugged coast measures longer the shorter the ruler you use, because every bay holds smaller bays. Drawn in the manner of decalcomania: paint pressed between two sheets and pulled apart, so its edges branch like a coastline. The black is the hoodie, standing in for the deep sea. Front print. French terry, unisex fit.
