Hidden Chip Robot Desk Mat
Chip designers have long hidden tiny drawings in the layers of their chips, too small to see without a microscope.
What you're wearing
Collectors call it chip art, or silicon doodles, and have found cartoon characters, animals and initials. This die hides a small robot near its edge, and the loupe shows him waving. Drawn in the manner of a chip under a microscope, with thin-film colors and gold bond wires. Full-bleed XL desk mat, 16 x 32 in.
