Shakey, 1966 Desk Mat

$32.49

Shakey, built at SRI between 1966 and 1972, was the first mobile robot to reason about its own actions.

It could plan a route and rearrange simple objects on its own (SRI). Drawn in the manner of line-printer art, a picture printed out of typed characters on green-bar paper. Full-bleed XL desk mat, 16 x 32 in.

Made to order — pressed and shipped in the US.

Shipping & production

Made to order. Pressed and shipped in the US, with delivery time added on top depending on your destination.

US standard shipping is charged by weight and shown at checkout before you pay. For one item it starts at $4.95 for a tee, $5.09 for a cap, $6.99 for a poster or mug, $8.79 for a hoodie or sweatpants and $10.79 for a desk mat; more items add weight.

Each piece is made to order, so we can’t accept returns for a change of mind or the wrong size — please check the size guide first.
