Tightly Wound Desk Mat
Stretched out, the DNA in one human cell nucleus would run about 6 feet.
What you're wearing
It fits because it is wound around spools of protein called histones, the gray beads on the second cord (PBS NOVA). Drawn in the manner of a macramé wall hanging, with the base pairs knotted across. It is a print, not cord, so the mat stays smooth. Full-bleed XL desk mat, 16 x 32 in.
