Deep Time — Tees
Archaeopteryx Stone Tee
All known Archaeopteryx skeletons come from the fine limestone of the Solnhofen area in Bavaria, Germany, and Alois Senefelder invented lithography on Solnhofen limestone in the 1790s.
What you're wearing
The animal lived about 150 million years ago, part bird and part dinosaur, with teeth, clawed fingers on its wings and a long bony tail. Drawn in the manner of a two-stone crayon lithograph: black crayon grain over a slate-blue tint. The white is the shirt. Front print. Unisex fit, 100% cotton.
